Mediterranean Grain Bowl Salad

Some time ago, my sweet husband & I were visiting Cedar City, Utah, and stayed in the Comfort Inn & Suites there.  While there, we went into the cafe to grab a quick meal, & I chose the Mediterranean Grain Bowl.  It was fantastic & I wanted to make it at home.  To that end, here is my version.  I think it was a hit!

Paul's Steak

My sweet husband, Paul, doesn't do a lot of the cooking in our home, but when he does, it is always amazing!  His "piece de resistance" is his steaks.  This recipe has evolved over time, updating here & there, but is always wonderful!  Since he started making these, I have completely stopped buying steak sauces - we simply have no need for them!
