Grandma's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

A few years ago, when we were moving to Utah, we stayed with my niece, Sonja, and her wonderful family while we looked for a house.  Sonja is a wonderful cook, and a joy to be around.  While we were there, cold season came around, & Sonja made this yummy soup for me.  Note her addition at the bottom of the recipe!

My niece, Sonja, says, “For extra flavor, add a package of Onion Soup Mix!

When I make it, I usually just use a couple chicken breasts that I chop up & stir fry with the onion & celery.  You might want to add a bit more spice, but taste it first!

I looked on both web sites, but couldn't find the recipe anywhere - maybe this is the last stand of availability!
